Summary

Amends the

Migration Act 1958
to introduce new offences for employers, labour suppliers and other persons who allow non-citizens to work in Australia illegally. Also amends the
Crimes Act 1914
to provide certain protections for children involved in proceedings in relation to the new employer sanctions offences.
